Scheduled Maintenance Notices
Scheduled Network Maintenance for Los Nettos (April 27)
From 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. on Friday, April 27, we will be performing maintenance on our peering and transit routers. During this maintenance, routing through Los Nettos may be disrupted for up to 30 minutes. We expect minimal impact to the Los Nettos network.
If you are experiencing network or connection issues, please contact the Los Nettos NOC at +1-213-740-1531 and send pertinent information to noc at ln dot net.
Some basic questions we usually ask are:
- Who you are?
- What network do you represent?
- Where you can be reached via phone (especially important)?
- What email address may we use to contact you?
- What is the nature of the problem you are experiencing?
- What is the severity of the problem?
- What time did the problem start?
- Have you run any diagnostics and if so, are you able to forward them to us?
- Have you contacted your transport provider, if applicable?
